Fees and services
These match our rental system, so the total you see at checkout matches this list. Indoor units also carry a one-time $20 administrative fee at move-in. Outdoor parking spaces take the same deposit and no administrative fee.

Your homeowners, renters, vehicle or watercraft policy may already cover what you store. Ask your own agent. We do not sell coverage; at checkout you tell us which of these applies.
