Every rental is month to month. There is no long lease and no minimum stay.

Yes. There is a large open lot beside the buildings for RVs, campers, boats, trailers, and work vehicles. No height limit and no door to clear. Spaces are 10 by 40 ft and you can rent one online.

Not at this time. Every unit is drive-up and unheated.

Every garage door on the property is 8 or 9 ft. Some units have ceilings of 11, 12 or 13 ft, but that extra height is above the door, so measure whatever has to go through the opening rather than the ceiling. Call 717-364-7252 with the height and we will tell you straight whether it clears.

Access is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is no office on site, so call 717-364-7252 and one of us will meet you.

Our mini-warehouse units have a dedicated 30 amp electrical service with their own private utility meter, so you pay for exactly the power you use and nothing else. Ask which ones are open.

No. There is no gate and no keypad. The property is open, the units are drive-up, and you can come and go any hour of the day without checking in with anyone.

Yes. Use the Pay My Bill link at the top of any page to pay through the secure payment portal. You can also turn on autopay when you rent, so the rent comes out automatically each month.

Yes. Indoor units carry a $100 security deposit, refunded at move-out, and a one-time $20 administrative fee charged at move-in. Outdoor parking spaces carry the same $100 refundable deposit and no administrative fee. If you reserve ahead, the $20 reservation fee is credited to your first month.

Your belongings need to be covered while they are here. You can pick one of our protection plans during checkout, or use your own homeowners or renters policy if it covers items in storage. We may ask for proof.

Your $100 security deposit is refundable. After you move out we inspect the unit, and the deposit is refunded within 30 days as long as the unit is empty and broom-clean, your lock is removed, there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear, and your account is paid in full. Any unpaid rent or fees, and the cost of cleaning, trash removal or repairs, may be deducted, and we will tell you in writing what was deducted and why.
